Why the size is the point
We are five to ten people, and the person who checks your proof is the person who signs off the shipment. That is not a slogan we invented — it is what a floor this size can actually do.
In-line QC sits on the floor rather than in an office, so a foil register that is half a millimetre off gets caught at the press, not after 50,000 tags are cut.
The Heidelberg press handles offset work; die-cutting, computer printing, silver printing, eyeleting and colour matching run in-house. Anything we cannot do — such as a specialised booklet or a metal tag — we tell you before quoting, not after.

Where things go wrong, and what we do about it
Colour
Matched against your pantone reference at the press. A strike-off is sent when the colour is critical.
Register
Foil and emboss are checked against the trim line before the run starts, not on the last sheet.
Cut
First-off sample measured against the die line; the cutter is adjusted rather than the spec.
Material
Stock is inspected incoming. If a batch of card is short-weight, it does not reach the press.
Packing
Counted and photographed before dispatch, so a shortage claim has a reference point.
Compliance
Available on request: FSC-certified stock, OEKO-TEX certified threads and water-based inks.
