What we collect
When you send an inquiry through this site, the Alibaba chat window or email, we receive the name, email address, company and message you choose to give us. We do not run advertising trackers on this site and we do not use third-party analytics cookies.
Why we keep it
To answer your inquiry, send a quotation, prepare a proof, and follow up on an order you placed. Nothing else.
Who sees it
Our sales team in Guangzhou. If you place an order through Alibaba.com, that transaction is also handled under Alibaba's own privacy policy. We do not sell, rent or publish your details.
How long
Inquiry records are kept for as long as we are in contact, plus the period required by Chinese tax and export records law for completed orders.
Your rights
Write to info@sunslabel.com to ask for a copy of what we hold, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We answer within five working days.
