What is your minimum order?
100 pcs for hang tags, stickers, bags and cards. 500 pcs for woven and satin labels, because the loom setup is a fixed cost.
How long does production take?
7 days average after artwork approval. Rigid boxes take 10–12 days.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes. We quote EXW Guangzhou by default, and can arrange freight to your port or door if you prefer. Nearest ports are Guangzhou and Shenzhen.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T in USD, EUR, HKD or CNY. Orders placed through Alibaba Trade Assurance are covered by the platform guarantee.
What artwork do you need?
AI, PDF or PSD at 300 dpi with fonts outlined. If you only have a reference photo, send it — we can rebuild the layout.
Can I get a sample before the full run?
Yes. A physical sample is available on request; the cost is quoted with the job.
Who owns the artwork?
You do. We do not reuse your design for anyone else, and we can sign an NDA if you need one.
Can you match a pantone colour?
Yes. Tell us the reference and we match it at the press; a strike-off is sent when the colour is critical.
Are your materials eco-friendly?
Available on request: FSC-certified stock, OEKO-TEX certified threads and water-based inks. We will tell you which option fits your claim.
What is the difference between damask and satin labels?
Damask weaves the design into the fabric — sharper and better for small text. Satin is softer with a glossy surface and cheaper for large simple logos.
Can labels be iron-on instead of sewn?
Yes. Iron-on backing is available and is common for brands without a sewing line.
Will the labels fray in the wash?
Laser-cut edges seal the weave, which is why we recommend that finish for neck labels that face regular washing.
Can I order different products in one shipment?
Yes. Tags, labels, stickers and packaging can be combined in one order and shipped together.
Do you print on both sides?
Yes for tags, cards and paper bags. For labels, ask — some weaves print on one face only.
Can you handle small repeat orders?
Yes. Repeat orders skip the proofing step, so they usually run faster than the first order.
What if the quality is wrong?
Send photos within 7 days of delivery and we will replace the defective items or credit them. Orders under Trade Assurance also have the platform guarantee.
Do you offer design help?
Yes — OEM, ODM and buyer-label services. If you have a rough idea and no file, we can lay it out.
What are the labels made of?
Cotton, polyester and recycled yarns for woven labels; art card, kraft and cotton paper for tags; PP/PET for waterproof stickers.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes, welcome. We are in Tianhe, Guangzhou — tell us a day ahead so the right person is on the floor.
